Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Tier Lounge platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tier Lounge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Access to Tier Lounge is by invitation only. Membership is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may use the platform solely for the purpose of searching, comparing, and booking business and first class air travel for yourself or on behalf of passengers you are authorised to represent. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

Tier Lounge acts as an intermediary between you and airlines or their distribution systems. When you complete a booking, a contract for carriage is formed between you and the relevant airline — not with Tier Lounge. Fares displayed are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed. All prices are inclusive of taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via our payment partners.

Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the fare conditions of your specific ticket and the policies of the operating airline. Tier Lounge will communicate any applicable conditions clearly before you confirm a purchase. Where a refund is due from an airline, we will process it to your original payment method, less any applicable airline penalties. Tier Lounge service fees are non-refundable.

Our AI concierge is provided as an informational tool to assist with travel planning. Responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete or current. You should independently verify any time-sensitive information — such as visa requirements, baggage allowances or schedule changes — before travel. Tier Lounge accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content.

All content on the platform — including text, design, graphics, software and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to Tier Lounge and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights in our trademarks or brand assets.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tier Lounge's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Tier Lounge in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tier Lounge, its officers, employees and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability and dispute resolution — will do so.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify members of material changes by email and update the "Last updated" date below. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
