Why we exist
The problem with how business class is sold
The mainstream booking tools were designed for economy travel. They optimise for price, not value. They surface the cheapest available fare, not the best available experience. For a traveller choosing between a ten-year-old angled seat and a fully enclosed suite on the same route, at the same price point, this is a significant failure.
The information exists. Skytrax publishes star ratings. Airlines publish seat maps. Frequent flyer communities have documented every product in exhaustive detail. But none of this is integrated into the booking process in any meaningful way. You are expected to do the research yourself, in a separate browser tab, before returning to a tool that ignores everything you just learned.
Tier Lounge was founded to close that gap — to build a platform that treats the cabin product and the fare as equally important variables in a single decision.

The internet has more flight search tools than anyone needs. We have no interest in competing on volume. Tier Lounge is invitation-only because curation requires limits. We surface fewer results than a public aggregator — and every result should be worth considering.

Every search on Tier Lounge is filtered through a layer of editorial intelligence. Skytrax star ratings are applied in real time, so you can instantly isolate results from five-star carriers. Seat products are described honestly. Fare conditions are surfaced before you book.
The AI concierge goes further. Ask it to find the best business class product on a given route, to compare two airlines on a specific cabin, or to explain why a fare is unusually cheap. It draws on the same knowledge base we use to build the platform — and it is available to every member, around the clock.

Tier Lounge is not a public aggregator. Membership is granted by invitation because the platform is designed for a specific kind of traveller — one who views the cabin as part of the destination.
